Ms. Valentino has been Scorpion Therapeutics’ Chief People Officer since June 2020, bringing two decades of experience and leadership in talent acquisition, human resources and employee experience in the pharma/biotech industry. Prior to joining the company, Ms. Valentino served as the Chief People Officer of Ambys Medicines Inc. (“Ambys”) from May 2019 until June 2020. Prior to joining Ambys, Ms. Valentino was the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at Genentech, Inc. between 2009 and 2019.
Ms. Valentino holds a B.A. degree in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin.
